Whether you need to reschedule a meeting or change the location, you can edit previously deployed meetings for your respective challenges from the “Challenge Administration” page by clicking the “Update a Deployed Meeting” button towards the bottom of the page.

Once you get to the page, select the meeting you want to edit on the left side, and click the red “Edit” button. From there, you can add a start time, end time, location and any additional comments you want the challenge participants to know about.

All challenge participants who have been deployed this meeting will receive an alert in their BMP App letting them know of the change in plans.
