Open Opportunities for 2023-24 Academic Year:

  • Fraternity Services Team (regional director, regional director and volunteer specialist, and new chapter development director)

Our Mission:

We provide an infrastructure for services, resources and experiences that allow our members — undergraduates, alumni and volunteers — to build balanced leaders, create lifelong relationships, and prepare for life in and after college.

Our Values:

Our core values are what we believe about our staff. They are how we do our work to achieve our mission. They are what we can hold ourselves and each other accountable to. They build continuity for our culture.

  • Put people first.
  • Lead with courage.
  • Focus on future.
  • Seek to improve.
  • Win as a team.

Our Culture:

Our staff is made up of more than 50 talented, motivated, adaptable individuals. As a staff that services 350,000 lifetime members, our work is dynamic and flexible to the needs of the day, while still requiring alignment with our future-focused strategic plan to accomplish growth in our impact. As such, our culture can be proudly described as a “startup” culture. We are deeply motivated by our mission, adaptable to the challenges of the day and proud of our ability to spread our impact more and more each year.

What’s in it for you?

  • Impact: Simply put, when our staff does well, we create a profound impact on the experiences of college students across the country. Our members have more opportunities for growth and lifelong relationships because of our work. Your work matters. That sense of fulfillment can be felt both directly from interactions with members and from a strategic level when we achieve our organizational goals.
  • Ownership: Between long-term projects, daily needs and new challenges, the work we do requires our staff to take initiative to drive toward organizational success. While there is always support to help you cross the finish line when you need it, your work is yours to own. You have the autonomy to set a vision, engage key collaborators and take a project or task from start to finish.
  • Growth: We are committed to personal and professional development. While each role is different and has its own set of unique responsibilities, our organization provides opportunities for a flexible and dynamic work environment that meets the needs of the individual while also providing opportunities for supported growth through mentoring, challenging projects and structured professional development.
