Life After College engages industry-leading professionals to prepare undergraduates for their future careers. Going beyond a typical campus career center, brothers receive crucial skills training and an understanding of how to translate their SigEp involvement to the professional world. Attendees receive one-on-one career coaching as well as education on topics like financial responsibility, interview skills, resume building and personal goals.
Offering sessions focusing on topics such as personal finance, how best to articulate the SigEp experience and unlocking your networks, Life After College is an unparalleled experience that will set up attendees for success. In 2018, 100% of the over 220 program attendees said that Life After College was a valuable use of their time. 95% of attendees also said that Life After College was more valuable than the resources and programs provided on their campus.
If you are have questions about the program or are an alumnus interested in volunteering to provide coaching to undergraduates at the event, please contact Leadership Programs Manager Alex Stepanek.
Life After College is made possible by generous commitment of the SWBC Foundation; Charlie Amato, Sam Houston State '70; and Gary Dudley, Sam Houston State '69.
