A new way to engage with external stakeholders – “friends of SigEp”! A chapter may have non-member, non-volunteers (think community members, university administration, sweethearts, etc.) that they want to keep in contact with.

 

 

The “Friends of SigEp” tool in mySigEp allows AVCs to keep track of those friends and communicate with them. As an AVC member:

 

1. Select the AVC group from the mySigEp group selector

2. Click “AVC Communications” (a new category of tools, where Send Email Newsletters now lives)

3. Click “Friends of SigEp”

4. From there, AVC members can add new friends and remove existing ones

 

The list can then be exported from here.
