Nothing can stop a chapter officer team that develops a strong bond, direction and goals! Start your officer term off on a high note at the National Transition Retreat, a high-energy, collaborative virtual event for chapter officer teams led by Brother Ryan Blanck, Western Michigan ’02, founder and CEO of Deviate, who will share tips and tricks he has learned from his professional career, including from his time coaching NFL Football executives such as the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles!
Your team will spend time discussing how to frame their thinking for success, empower chapter brothers to be their best and effectively communicate as leaders. Officer teams will work together during Zoom breakout sessions throughout the retreat to develop chapter goals and the skills needed to be leaders worthy of following. In order to maximize the impact of the National Transition Retreat it is open to all chapter officers and we strongly encourage all officer teams to gather together to attend virtually, which requires one member to register for the group. If unable to be physically in the same location, all officers should individually register for the retreat.
