Established in 1943 in honor of Fraternity Founder and long-time Executive Director William L. "Uncle Billy” Phillips, the Sigma Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation funds scholarships and leadership programs that develop the academic, leadership, citizenship, and personal potential of college undergraduate and graduate students. Thanks to the generosity of alumni, family and friends, the Foundation continues to provide the necessary environments, education, experiences, scholarships and loans. The Educational Foundation is led by the Foundation Trustees.
