The volunteer services team is responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and engaging SigEp volunteers. Our team recruits volunteers who can serve as members of local Alumni and Volunteer Corporations and mentor committees for chapters. Our team also implements volunteer training and recognition opportunities at national leadership programs throughout the year. Our support services include: mentoring undergraduates, cultivating alumni, maintaining corporate health and managing assets.

District governors also support SigEp volunteers. District governors are geographically-based official representatives of Sigma Phi Epsilon appointed by the Fraternity’s National Board of Directors. DGs are the primary liaison between the national Fraternity and local alumni-volunteers.
District governors are responsible for volunteer recruitment and training, as well as ongoing support for the Alumni and Volunteer Corporations in their district. They are solely responsible for appointing and, when necessary, replacing Chapter Counselors and Balanced Man Stewards for each AVC in their district. Additionally, district governors serve as voting members of the Grand Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Find your district governor here.
