Responsible For: As director of chapter operations, Blake manages the Chapter Success Team that works to support our chapters across the country and implements our growth strategy on a national level. In addition, he runs the team that hires recent college graduates to work for SigEp Headquarters

Bio:

Blake graduated from Washington State with a degree in chemistry. He served as his chapter's president, vice president of recruitment, and Sigma challenge coordinator. After graduation in May of 2021, he spent a year as the regional director and volunteer specialist in the Midwest and has been in management roles since then. Outside of work, Blake is a big Washington State and Seattle sports fan and enjoys being active, personal development, and spending time with loved ones. After leaving the staff, Blake wants to enter sales within the medical field and eventually move into a management position that helps develop organizational strategy.
