Reflect Organization
At the 58th Grand Chapter Conclave in 2023, SigEp named The Reflect Organization a national programmatic and service-learning partner. Founded by Jared Fenton, Pennsylvania ‘17, Reflect is a national mental wellness nonprofit organization that aims to help transform campus culture through student development. Throughout the 2023-24 academic year, thirty SigEp chapters are piloting Reflect's programming, and further information will be provided to chapters in the future. Big Brothers Big Sisters
In 2013, SigEp selected Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as a national philanthropic and service-learning partner.
Big Brothers Big Sisters has an agency within 40 miles of nearly every SigEp chapter, giving more than 15,000 undergraduate SigEp members the opportunity to make a positive influence in the lives of young men everywhere. 
SigEp members and chapters can support the efforts of Big Brothers Big Sisters in the following ways:

- Host a "Big for a Day" event on your university's campus.
- Participate in a Bowl for Kids' Sake event.
- Serve on the local Big Brothers Big Sisters' junior board and advisory committees.
- Organize fundraising activities around Greek Week, Homecoming, Parents Weekend, etc.
