How To Leverage Planned and Legacy Commitments for your AVC
Charitable giving to your AVC provides the resources to send undergraduate students to events, pay for house maintenance, and affords flexibility for everything in between. Unfortunately, many of these donations are made on an annual basis and are not always dependable. Donors can’t always write a check when you call, but many can make commitments out of their estate plans, through beneficiary designations on investment accounts, and by making annual contributions through their IRAs. This session will train you how to discuss legacy giving with your alumni, key information to look out for, and how to possibly transform your chapter through legacy and planned giving.
