Conclave Sponsorships & Scholarships

Chapter leadership fund

Chapters may utilize SigEp Educational Foundation funding to offset the cost of an undergraduate's attendance at Conclave. Chapters wishing to use Foundation funding should contact Donor Relations Coordinator Tina Matarese.

Sponsor an undergraduate’s attendance

Alumni may donate funds to the SigEp Educational Foundation to sponsor an undergraduate to attend Conclave, offsetting the cost of their attendance. These gifts are tax-deductible. If you are interested in sponsoring an undergraduate, contact Donor Relations Coordinator Tina Matarese.

NUTS! McAuliffe Society Scholarship

The NUTS! McAuliffe Society is a group of over 130 dedicated SigEp volunteers and donors who are passionate about the Conclave experience. They provide scholarships to deserving undergraduates with at least one year remaining in college post-Conclave who show persistence, have made an impact on their chapter and exhibit a lifelong dedication to SigEp. For 2023, the NUTS! McAuliffe Society plans to award scholarships of various amounts to the most deserving applicants in Sigma Phi Epsilon through an application process. These awards will range from full-ride scholarships that cover registration, hotel and a travel stipend to awards that cover the registration cost. Complete the application online by April 14 to be considered (applicants will be notified on or before May 19)!

“I believe the SigEp experience is incomplete without attending at least one Conclave. You gain a perspective that is impossible to describe without seeing firsthand how our outstanding chapters are making a difference in their community, and how our alumni and volunteers give so selflessly of their time and talents to our Fraternity.” — Stephen Yeargin, Tennessee-Martin ’06

“While regional events and alumni connections had always emphasized that SigEp was a national and multi-generational institution, the true enormity of SigEp was not felt until I attended Conclave. This has helped me reframe SigEp from being complementary to my undergraduate experience to instead being a lifelong community and commitment to Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love, long past the end of college.” — Henry White, IIT ’22
