Wednesday, July 23
1 p.m. – 9 p.m.: Registration
1 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: The Hub
7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: A Celebration of the Ritual
Join us for a special exemplification of the Rite of Brotherhood and to learn more about the ceremony that has united us for the last 118 years. Coat and tie required.
9 p.m. – 10 p.m.: Legislative orientation
This required session for all Conclave delegates and alternates will help explain the legislative process and the responsibilities and resources for each delegate and alternate.
9 p.m. – 10 p.m.: Undergraduate education kick-off
General undergraduates should plan to meet their fellow brothers for an introduction and kick-off to the week’s educational track! (Some legislative committees will begin meeting Wednesday afternoon.)
Thursday, July 24
6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.: Grand President's Cup Golf Tournament (optional)
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy some friendly competition on the tees in this annual Conclave tradition. The cost is $185 ($215 if rental clubs are needed) and pre-registration is required.
8 a.m. – 6 p.m.: Registration
8 a.m.: Legislative committee meetings begin
9 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Undergraduate educational sessions & Volunteer educational sessions
Noon – 1 p.m.: Tragos Quest to Greece luncheon (by invitation)
All past Tragos Quest to Greece Scholars and mentors are invited to this special luncheon celebrating this unparalleled, life-changing experience.
1 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Legislation
1 p.m. - 2 p.m.: A Year of Change: Executing the Ritual and Elevate Your BMP
This large-group educational session will cover the Balanced Man Program and the updated Ritual. Discover the latest best practices, efficiencies, and must-know updates to ensure undergraduate members and volunteers are empowered to execute the BMP and Ritual seamlessly. You’ll walk away feeling supported and equipped with practical strategies to elevate your chapter’s success!
2 p.m. – 4 p.m.: The Hub
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Balanced Man Celebration
Is your chapter winning a Buchanan Cup? Come find out at Conclave's opening ceremony. This high-energy event promises a lot of excitement and maybe even a few surprises! More importantly, we will recognize SigEp's highest-performing chapters.
Friday, July 25
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Registration
9 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Undergraduate educational sessions & Volunteer educational sessions
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Brotherhood Luncheon
Celebrate the true spirit of what it means to be a brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon. We will reflect upon that which is good in SigEp and present the Clayton-Doud Award and Honor of Philias.
1:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.: Legislation
2 p.m. - 4 p.m.: The Hub
6 p.m. - 10 p.m.: SigEp Educational Foundation Gala & Board of Governors Dinner
This event will celebrate SigEp excellence and generosity in a fun, elevated environment. Join brothers and friends for an evening that celebrates the world-class achievements of our 2025 Citation recipients, honor the generosity of our Board of Governors family and all the Foundation's donors, and enjoy the camaraderie of old and new friends. This prestigious event promises an unforgettable experience full of the shared passion for the SigEp college experience that unites alumni from all over the world. More details and registration for this exclusive event will be available in early spring.
Saturday, July 26

9 a.m. – 11 a.m.: Undergraduate educational sessions & Volunteer educational sessions
11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Arête Awards Luncheon
To practice the Greek ideal of "arête" is to strive to achieve your highest human potential. The Arête Awards Luncheon honors our Sigma Phi Epsilon Citation recipients and those receiving the Cornerstone Award.
2 p.m. - 4 p.m.: The Hub
6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.: Alumni Awards Dinner
Enjoy the culminating event of the 59th Grand Chapter Conclave. SigEp's highest honors will be bestowed upon deserving alumni, including the Fraternity's most prestigious volunteer award, the Order of the Golden Heart. The newly elected Grand President will also make his inaugural remarks. Suit required (black tie optional).
