The Alumni and Volunteer Corporation Operational Excellence award recognizes an Alumni and Volunteer Corporation that, over the previous calendar year, has shown outstanding service with tangible results to an undergraduate chapter and/or excelled in one of the Four Core Areas of an AVC:

1.    Mentoring Undergraduates

2.    AVC Cultivation

3.    Asset Management

4.    Corporate Health

The district governor selects and presents the winner a silver plate at the Carlson Leadership Academies each spring.
