Only 11% of the funding for SigEp’s leadership programs is guaranteed each year. The difference is made up through registration fees and the annual support of donors to the Educational Foundation.

As these programs continue to grow and offer training to chapter officers and up-and-coming leaders, the cost grows as well.

But SigEp programs have become the cornerstone of the SigEp experience. Tens of thousands of men have benefitted from the program over the years, and your chapter shouldn’t have to worry about the costs of sending brothers to any of them.

This year, the Hoop of Steel Society (HOSS) announced a solution. Your chapter will have a special investment fund — the Chapter Leadership Endowment — that will send men from your chapter to our programs every year … forever.

And this year, you have the opportunity to pay it forward for your future chapter brothers.

By making a gift of $19.01, you will become a member of the Hoop of Steel Society, and your gift will go directly to your Chapter Leadership Endowment to fund experiences like Carlson and Ruck for your brothers in the future.

If your chapter raises $500 by March 31, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win an additional $1,000 for your endowment.

Chapters that have 100% participation will receive the Hoop of Steel Society Award at the 2019 Carlson Leadership Academies.
