Carlson Leadership Academies provide an essential learning opportunity for new and aspiring chapter officers to build and strengthen the leadership skills that will help them guide their chapters to be the best student organizations on their respective campuses. These three-day in-person gatherings also present the opportunity to recognize the most outstanding role models among undergraduates, volunteers and chapters. A total of 163 awards were bestowed at the 2016 Carlson Leadership Academies.
Alumni and Volunteer Corporation Operational Excellence Award recognizes outstanding service by an AVC in leading a chapter to success in the areas of recruitment, member development and fiscal health.
