SENH provides the following services to chapters who are enrolled in Tier 4 of the Property Management Program:
- Occupancy management, invoicing, collections
- Security deposit management
- Budgeting and strategic planning to improve performance (pro formas)
- Move-in/move-out process
- Accounting and tax filing
- Kitchen and meal plan management
- Online member portal log-in for tenants and parents to pay rent, view documents and submit maintenance requests
- Online AVC portal log-in to view financial performance, monthly reporting, leases and tenant information
- Assist with management of AVC-hired site manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the property
