As a mentor to the vice president of programming, you are responsible for supporting your mentee in the planning and execution of the chapter’s programs and events. You should support him in leading his programming committee effectively and ensure the brothers have a balanced, values-based experience through the programming provided by the chapter.

As the vice president of programming mentor, you will:

1. Lead your mentee to become well-versed on SigEp and university risk management policies.
2. Advise in the creation of a chapter calendar with events that align with SigEp’s mission of “Building Balanced Men.”
3. Guide the vice president of programming to delegate and manage projects through a committee.
