SigEp maintains the following insurance policies for the protection of the organization and its undergraduates and volunteers. Individuals are covered under the policy as long as they are acting within the scope of their duties for Sigma Phi Epsilon. The Fraternity has the following insurance coverage options:
General Liability Insurance – Mandatory Policy
The general liability policy offers protection (defense and indemnification) in the event that someone suffers an injury or property damage and alleges negligence on the part of the Fraternity. | More

The Fraternity’s insurance program includes member accident protection insurance as a benefit of membership. | More
Directors' & Officers’ Liability Insurance
Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) Liability coverage offers additional protection for the undergraduate chapter and Alumni & Volunteer Corporation (AVC) as well as their members and officers against allegations that fiduciary responsibilities were mishandled. | More
Crime Insurance
The Crime policy covers both the undergraduate chapter and the AVC and protects the entities against the dishonesty of anyone controlling the chapter or AVC’s monies. | More
Worker’s Compensation Insurance
Worker’s compensation insurance provides coverage for wages and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment. | More
Property Insurance Coverage
The property insurance program provides all risk coverage insuring the building, contents, business income (loss of rents), extra expense and equipment breakdown of property owned or leased by the local chapter or Alumni & Volunteer Corporation. | More
