What is SigEp Career Coaching? 

At a time when connecting in person is increasingly difficult and virtual opportunities are the primary method of building community, SigEp is proud to offer nationwide Career Coaching, available to every undergraduate member of the Fraternity.

We will pair alumni with undergraduates — based on profession and similar interests/expertise — for a 30-minute virtual coaching session. Alumni will give them guidance, direction, actionable steps and an opportunity to expand their SigEp network in new ways.

How can you help?

As a Fraternity influencer, help us spread the word about career coaching to alumni brothers. Here's what you can do:

• Send an email!
  • If you are an AVC President, you can easily use mySigEp to send this email to all alumni members of your chapter (instructions). 
  • Leverage your personal SigEp network or affinity group (i.e. past staff, NUTS!, past Tragos Quest scholars, etc.), and send this email to your brothers. 
• Post on social media! You can use the templates below, or tell your own story about why you're giving back to help an undergraduate as a career coach.
