Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Teddy starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

During his Undergraduate years at the University of Lynchburg, Teddy Poore Served in four executive board positions within Sigma Phi Epsilon: VP of Finance, VP of Programming, VP of Membership Development, and VP of SigEp Learning Community. Teddy holds a BA in Business Administration with minors in Sports Management and Management. After graduating, he served as a Regional Director for Sigma Phi Epsilon, traveling across Region 4 to support 31 chapters in recruitment, retention, and finances. As Expansion Manager, Teddy has successfully opened two new chapters-Connecticut Epsilon at Quinnipiac University and Ohio Rho at the University of Dayton. Currently, Teddy is seeking opportunities in human resources, specifically recruitment and talent acquisition.
