Responsible For: Directing and enhancing the performance, growth, and profitability of the Property Management Program by collaborating with various SigEp staff members, the SENH Board of Directors, and internal & external stakeholders. Scott is also responsible for oversight of the property management team and ensuring SENH is meeting the expectations of its property owners. Bio:

Scott attended Coastal Carolina University, where he joined South Carolina Epsilon. He also earned a master of science in education in student affairs administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He comes to SigEp with six years experience working in higher education and property management, specifically off-campus student housing.

Scott is originally from Pennsylvania, however he enjoys warm weather and found his love for the Deep South very quickly. He likes to spend time outdoors with his spouse, Jonathan, and their dogs, Carter, August and Bentley, and traveling the country as much as he can.
