Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Michael starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Michael graduated from Rutgers University, majoring in Information Technology and gaining hands-on cybersecurity experience. At Rutgers, he served as the Balanced Man Scholarship Chairman and VP of Communications for the New Jersey Beta expansion chapter. Combining his technical expertise with a passion for connecting with people, he is now pursuing a career in sales, leveraging his unique blend of IT knowledge and relationship-building skills to drive impactful solutions and foster meaningful connections.
