Bio:
Matt graduated with a degree in human development and family studies from the University of Nevada and went on to travel as a regional director in California and Arizona. After his year on the road, Matt began his tenure as a chapter services director, managing the services delivered in the western half of the country. Currently, as the director of growth, Matt focuses on building a culture of growth both for the Headquarters staff and in the organization as a whole with owning the new chapter development process. Professionally, he plans to pursue a career in human resources. Matt enjoys ice hockey, music production and running in his personal time.
