Responsible For: Kate is responsible for overseeing volunteer onboarding and education, creating and executing volunteer training and curricular programming to support volunteer and undergraduate development, and assisting with the execution of regional and national fraternity programs and events.

Bio:

Kate is a graduate of Ohio University and the University of Virginia with a background in secondary education, as well as volunteer and membership services in the private and non-profit sectors. Kate moved in October 2022 to Richmond from the Washington, D.C. area with her husband, Rob, and cat, Bowie. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and swing dancing, and looks forward to traveling and meeting with volunteers at Carlson Leadership Academies and Grand Chapter Conclave. Kate is passionate about Forensics & Debate, and prior to relocating she founded and coached the Justice High School Forensics team, the Occoquan Region Champions from 2018-2022 and 3rd Place Virginia State Championship winners in 2022.
