Responsible For: Alton is responsible for providing support to chapters in all areas of operations. He will drive growth and retention by offering SigEp Learning Community accreditation coaching, BMP Pilot implementation, and volunteer recruitment/training.
Bio:
Alton earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from St. Mary’s University, where he served as VP of Recruitment for IFC and Philanthropy Chair for his chapter. He was a member of Beta Beta Beta. His academic work included continuing the development of a novel coffee HPLC analysis method with the Welch Foundation and publishing research on dialect evolution in Spanish idioms and phonetics. Alton is passionate about mentoring undergraduates, tackling challenges with creativity, and fostering positive environments while working on meaningful projects. Outside work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, focusing on long-term personal projects, and connecting with family and friends. He aspires to make a difference in healthcare through research or direct care.
