Recruitment Services

The recruitment services team works with the vice presidents of recruitment, Balanced Man Scholarship chairmen, recruitment mentors and recruitment committees to provide in-depth coaching, practice their sales pitch, review strategies including bolstering the BMS, implement a recruitment pipeline, and set and attain recruitment goals. We also provide direct outreach to incoming/current students to bring them into the recruitment pipeline.

Recruitment Services

Responsible For: As fraternity services director, Paul oversees all service and support provided to SigEp’s stakeholders: undergraduate members, chapters, alumni and volunteers. He manages the chapter services, recruitment services, membership experience and volunteer services teams.

He provides direct outreach to incoming/current students to bring them into the recruitment pipeline, and works with newer chapters on SigEp’s chartering criteria.
