Responsible For: As a recruitment manager, Josh is responsible for providing recruitment support to chapters with high growth potential. He will do this by creating and executing growth plans, teaching fundamental sales skills and best practices for all recruitment phases. Josh will also work closely with executive boards to set and execute on goals for their roles. Throughout all of this work, he will effectively coordinate with local volunteers to provide the needed support to undergraduates.

Bio:

Josh received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and professional sales and a master's of business administration while serving his chapter as vice president of recruitment and president. On campus, he also held the position of student senator. In his free time, he likes to duck hunt, listen to live music, and watch football.
