Responsible For: As a Chapter Success Director, Josh directly oversees hiring, training and managing of the Chapter Success Team. He coordinates and executes SigEp's strategic plan for SigEp chapters, as he manages all Recruitment Managers across the country.

Bio:

Josh received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and professional sales and a master's of business administration while serving his chapter as vice president of recruitment and president. On campus, he also held the position of student senator. In his free time, he likes to duck hunt, listen to live music, and watch football.

This is Josh's second year on the staff, and his first was spent as a recruitment manager in the south region.
