Responsible For: As a Senior Chapter Success Director, Thomas directly oversees hiring, training and managing of the Chapter Success Team. He coordinates and executes SigEp's strategic plan for SigEp chapters, as he manages all Recruitment Managers across the country.

Bio:

Thomas attended East Tennessee State University, where he majored in Economics and Finance. While at ETSU, he served our Tennessee Gamma chapter as vice president of member development and president. This is Thomas' third year on the SigEp staff, he spent his first as a recruitment manager in the deep south and moved into management last academic year. After his time on staff, he aspires to attend law school. Thomas is also dual citizen with American and Canadian citizenship, having lived in Canada from 2007 to 2015.
