Responsible For: Brian is responsible for leading the Headquarters staff in implementing SigEp's strategic plan. He works with the National Board, SigEp National Housing and Education Foundation trustees to ensure SigEp is meeting its goals and providing the best possible experience for its brothers. Brian also collaborates with other organizations and their leadership to help advance the entire fraternity and sorority community.

In the role, he seeks opportunities to improve efficiency and transparency across the organization, with an aim of better service resulting in a higher-quality experience for undergraduates, volunteers and alumni.

Responsible For: Splitting time between office management and assisting the Director of Human Resources, Jordan provides support and services to the entire Fraternity's staff, while maintaining an inclusive and equitable atmosphere. They also own critical projects from start to finish, in order to further the organization’s mission and strategy. Whether it be collaborating on-the-spot to help a team accomplish a key task under a tight deadline or being the first person our constituents speak to when getting in contact with us, Jordan is eager to help out!
