• SigEp's redefined "Leadership Continuum" is accessible and achievable by all brothers
• All SigEp members are also involved in outside student organizations or in the community
• All leadership-focused content is refreshed for today's leaders

• Develop leadership curriculum based on Leadership Challenge that progresses all members through a series of programs and experiential activities until graduation.

• Revitalize the Fellow Challenge, a capstone service learning experience for seniors that leads to sustainable impact in their community. 

• Integrate empathy development and leading with integrity into all SigEp leadership programs.
