Objective: 

Every SigEp member understands and is so excited by the life-changing opportunities afforded through the BMP that they remain in the chapter through graduation and give back as a volunteer and donor.

Goals:

• 100% of chapters offer members four challenges and enforce lapsing
• 100% of chapters use the BMP App to organize and track participation in member development programming
• All chapters have and fill volunteer roles critical to consistent implementation of the BMP (CC, BM Steward, and a volunteer coordinator for each challenge)
• 10,000 new volunteers are engaged in coaching and mentoring activities

• Create personal and professional learning modules available to all members through the BMP App.

• Teach undergraduates to be effective and inspiring mentors to younger SigEps and community members. 

• Pair a volunteer with every undergraduate programming coordinator to ensure development experiences are being well-executed.

• Engage alumni as subject-matter experts to speak and facilitate discussions on relevant topics for all undergraduates.
