With the return to two tracks for volunteers, we highly encourage all Balanced Man Stewards attend for their role-specific training, and then any volunteer, mentor, or AVC member would benefit from the second track. Both are being designed to provide real-world value in addition to improving efficacy as a volunteer.
This year’s volunteer education is designed to help you unlock your chapter’s full potential and inspire your brothers to reach new heights. We’re bringing back two powerful volunteer tracks:
- Balanced Man Stewards — Dive deep into high-quality implementation of the new Balanced Man Program and learn how to create transformative member experiences.
- All other chapter volunteers — Build skills that will not only make you a more effective SigEp leader but will also serve you in every area of life: master facilitation, strengthen your mentoring and coaching, hold others accountable with confidence, and more.
Come ready to connect, grow, and leave with the tools to make an immediate impact.
Thanks to the generosity of our annual fund donors, volunteers have a discounted registration fee of $175/person — which includes all meals on Saturday, program materials, etc. Volunteers are responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses.
We know it can be challenging for volunteers to attend with registration, hotel and travel costs. If your AVC is able to subsidize it, either out of the AVCs budget or using Educational Foundation funds for volunteers, we recommend helping those volunteers who may have financial restraints from attending.
