Executive Board Officers

The Fraternity provides lodging for all attending executive board officers. SigEp will reserve and cover hotel accommodations based on the number of officers attending from your chapter. You will confirm your lodging needs when registering for Carlson.

Growth Skills Track Participants & Volunteers

Participants attending the Growth Skills track and all volunteers are responsible for securing their own lodging.

SigEp has negotiated a discounted group rate at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown:

• Room rate: $141/night plus applicable taxes
• Reservation deadline: January 7, 2027

To receive the discounted rate, reservations must be made through the SigEp-specific hotel reservation link below by our deadline of January 7, 2027. Booking through an alternate website or after January 7 may result in an increased room rate or without a room at all.

Discounted self-parking of $10/day is available for guests with a hotel reservation made through the SigEp room block.
