Lodging
SigEp will reserve and pay for the lodging for all chapter executive officers attending Carlson. All volunteers and growth skills track participants are responsible for securing their own hotel room. SigEp has negotiated a special room rate for the academy of $139/night, plus tax. In order to receive this discounted rate, reservations must be made by January 6th and can be made via the academy’s specific hotel website.

Parking
The hotel will offer discounted parking for all attendees at a rate of $15, per car, per night with in-and-out privileges. If you are not staying at the hotel, there is daily self-parking available at our discounted rate of $15/day without in-and-out privileges.
