Golf tournament:
The Grand President’s Cup golf tournament will be held at the Club at Cheval on the morning of Thursday, July 24th, with tee times beginning at 8 a.m. Participants will receive a grab-and-go style breakfast at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. before being shuttled to the club for 18 holes on their championship course. Players are encouraged to bring their own clubs, however, limited rental clubs are available for an additional $30. If you are interested in adding this to your Conclave experience, you’ll have an opportunity to let us know when registering and we will reach out with more details to get you confirmed!

Conclave Sponsorships & Scholarships

Chapter funds

Chapters may be able to utilize their funds held by the SigEp Educational Foundation to offset the cost of an undergraduate's attendance at Conclave. Chapters wishing to explore this option should contact the Foundation at 804.353.1901 or foundation@sigep.net.

Sponsor an undergraduate’s attendance

Alumni may donate funds to the SigEp Educational Foundation to sponsor an undergraduate to attend Conclave, offsetting the cost of their attendance. These gifts are tax-deductible. If you are interested in sponsoring an undergraduate, contact the SigEp Educational Foundation at 804.353.1901 or foundation@sigep.net.

NUTS! McAuliffe Society Scholarship

The NUTS! McAuliffe Society is a group of over 130 dedicated SigEp volunteers and donors who are passionate about the Conclave experience. They provide scholarships to deserving undergraduates with at least one year remaining in college post-Conclave who show persistence, have made an impact on their chapter and exhibit a lifelong dedication to SigEp. For 2025, the NUTS! McAuliffe Society plans to award scholarships of various amounts to the most deserving applicants in Sigma Phi Epsilon through an application process. These awards will range from full-ride scholarships that cover registration, hotel and a travel stipend to awards that cover the registration cost. Interested students should plan to complete the online application. Applications will be due March 23 with notifications made by April 27!
