At the beginning of each academic year, your Volunteer Services Team receives numerous questions regarding how to best support the chapters they support and better management their AVC. This year, two topics have bubbled to the top regarding AVC structure and undergraduate member refunds. This Training in Ten spends some time answering questions about each of those topics.
