Having recently been granted a scholarship to attend the University of Oxford, Dartmouth undergraduate and Rhodes Scholar Joseph Singh, ’14, shares his ambitious plans for making the most of his time.

In his interview with The Star news site, Singh says he plans to study the future of the “global commons,” meaning the air, maritime, space and cyber domains he feels should be freely accessible by all nations.
