Responsible For: As a recruitment manager, Skylar is responsible for providing recruitment services to chapters with the highest growth potential by teaching fundamental sales skills and best practices for all recruitment phases, effectively engaging volunteers to drive growth, and coaching on best practices for chapter finances and SigEp Learning Community accreditation. Lastly, he will serve as a resource to link chapters to SigEp Headquarters for other chapter operations.

Bio:

Skylar was a double major, receiving a BBA in marketing and finance while serving as MS Beta’s VP of Alumni Relations and played an active role on the Balanced Man Scholarship Committee. At Mississippi State, he was also the founding President of the Financial Management Association. Skylar enjoys going to the gym and watching college and professional sports. With his finance degree background, he aspires to pursue a career in financial services.
