Responsible For: As a senior expansion manager, Hagen starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program, and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Hagen follows the financial markets and is interested in leadership development and American history. He’s looking forward to attending law school and plans to leverage his undergraduate degree in finance to start a business law practice in the Southeast. Hagen served as Florida Beta’s chapter president, sound body chair, and vice president of member development. Watching sports, spending time with friends, hunting, fishing, and lifting weights are some of his favorite activities.
