Responsible For: Blaine is responsible for supporting the undergraduate member experience with a portfolio of 40 chapters. He engages with chapter leaders to implement the modernized Balanced Man Program, plans for SLC accreditation, and collects feedback and best practices for the education department.

Bio:

Blaine is a Tennessee native and graduated from the University of Memphis in 2021 with a B.S. in Sport and Leisure Management. He joined SigEp in 2018 at our Tennessee Beta Chapter and held the positions of vice president of finance, vice president of member development, and president. After graduating, Blaine attended Mississippi State University, earning his M.S. in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2024. There he worked as the Graduate Assistant for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

Outside of work, Blaine enjoys all things sports whether it is supporting the professional teams in Tennessee or attending any SEC sport, he is always eager to plan his next trip.
