Sigma Phi Epsilon often establishes task forces and committees to work on special projects or support ongoing initiatives of the Fraternity. These task forces and committees are made up of alumni and volunteers, and many include undergraduate representatives as well. Each group has a chairperson appointed, as well as a liaison on the National Board of Directors. Task forces and committees do not serve for any uniform amount of time, and some are standing committees legislated by the Grand Chapter Bylaws.
