Lodging
SigEp will reserve and pay for the lodging for all chapter executive officers attending Carlson. All volunteers and rising leaders are responsible for securing their own hotel room. SigEp has negotiated a special room rate for the academy of $129/night, plus tax. In order to receive this discounted rate, reservations must be made by January 9th and can be made via the academy’s specific hotel website.

Parking
The hotel will provide self-parking at the rate of $10.00 per car, per day, in the Century Parking Garage with 24 hour in and out access based on availability. Parking passes must be purchased at the front desk of the hotel for hotel to honor 24 hour access and pricing.
