Learn the skills and tools you need to be successful as an officer or rising leader at Carlson Leadership Academies! This program, held in multiple cities across the country, gives new officers a boost of personal leadership development. It focuses on teaching the skills to help them inspire brothers, manage a committee and follow through on those goals. Officers build a supportive cohort of brothers in their roles to network with throughout the year.

Up-and-coming chapter leaders are welcome to attend Carlson in the Rising Leaders track.
Brothers aspiring for elected chapter positions and/or strong, foundational leadership skills for any role, inside or outside of SigEp, will spend the weekend dedicated to their growth and potential. Brothers will leave the weekend with a strong sense of individual “why,” identify areas of opportunity for leadership growth, understand various tools to be a successful leader, and an action plan to set themselves on the path to success in SigEp and beyond!
