Whether you are a freshman just starting to think about the next steps, a senior applying for your first job, or a young alumnus, Life After College can help you get the edge on the competition. This program is rooted in career readiness competencies from the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).
Life After College will be held this fall in St. Louis on November 15-16, 2024 at Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. Thanks to the generous support of SigEp’s donors, registration for this transformative program is FREE!
NEW this year, there are three program experience options based on where you’re at in your professional journey: general Life After College program, Senior Track, and Young Alumni experience.
General Life After College Program:
General Life After College program, available to current undergraduates of any academic year, where you’ll have the opportunity to choose between session options that most interest you and will reinvigorate your professional development! There will also be large group sessions and opportunities for one-on-one consultations to further your knowledge and shape your roadmap for success.
Senior Track Program:
Senior Track, is specifically for senior or senior+ undergraduates, where you’ll experience an engaging, dynamic, and intimate development opportunity with some of SigEp’s most passionate and impressive alumni facilitators. You’ll have the opportunity to create a concrete plan for your development as you wrap up your undergraduate career and prepare for graduation and entering the professional world, whether that be the job market or graduate/professional school. You’ll leave Life After College with a close network of other senior or senior+ brothers, ready to take on your upcoming transition out of college.
This track will be capped to maximize the opportunity for more individualized focus and attention.
Young Alumni Program:
The Young Alumni experience, available to SigEp alumni who are 30 and under is an afternoon program tailored to helping you continue to find success and/or course correct as you continue to navigate entering into the professional world. You’ll also spend time with the Senior Track hearing from some of SigEp’s most impressive alumni and participate in a networking reception to build lasting professional relationships.

2) LODGING: SigEp has negotiated a discounted rate for attendees to stay at our host hotel, the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, at $149/night plus tax per double queen room (fits up to 4 chapter brothers). Note: make sure you click ‘Edit Stay’ on the top of the reservation website to reflect the night(s) you would like to book, as it defaults to Thursday-Sunday. To guarantee that you get our discounted rate, you must book by October 22nd.
