Lifelong SigEp bonds and shared entrepreneurial spirit led Scott Diggs, East Carolina ’89 and Paul Adkison, East Carolina ’91 to build a business together while staying deeply connected to their chapter and alma mater.
From stepping up during a crucial time in 1986 to leading housing efforts and mentoring undergraduates, Steve Buce, Stevens ’86 has dedicated decades to strengthening New Jersey Alpha’s future.
Since 2013, Steve Janowiak, Valparaiso Renaissance, has been a dedicated mentor to Indiana Zeta, guiding chapter leaders, recruiting top talent, and fostering leadership development. A Renaissance initiate in 2021, he continues to inspire brothers through his passion for SigEp and higher education.
