Responsible For: Leading the strategy and execution of initiatives that elevate the quality, consistency, and long-term sustainability of SigEp’s chapter housing. Ryan focuses on expanding SENH’s reach through consulting, capital financing, and the adoption of key programs, including the Property Management Program (PMP) and the Alumni Communications Program (ACP).
Bio:
Ryan graduated from Southern Virginia University with a degree in Business Management and Leadership and is currently completing his MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics at Regent University in Virginia Beach.
Before joining the SENH team, Ryan served as SigEp’s Engagement Communications Manager, where he led alumni engagement strategies, expanded the Alumni Communications Program to over 35 chapters, and managed campaigns supporting fundraising, recruitment, and volunteer involvement.
Ryan lives in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Lexington, Virginia, with his wife, son, and goldendoodle Sadie Mae. When not working, Ryan enjoys exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains with his family, catching Carolina Panthers and Hurricanes games, and finding the best spots for tacos.
