Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Rece starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Rece received his BA in Business in Athletics and Recreation with a minor in Coaching while serving in many roles for the chapter, including VP of Programming, VP of Recruitment, Stage Coordinator, Mental Health Chair, and more. At Trine, he played college football for 3 years and served as the Vice President for IFC and the Student Section Leader. Rece enjoys playing golf and basketball in his free time. He aspires to work his way into management and ownership in golf or as a statistical analyst for a professional or college basketball program.
