Responsible For: Supporting and improving SENH’s Property Management Program (PMP) by consistently achieving occupancy and accounts receivable goals. Lynns serves as the main point of contact for resident and chapter account matters regarding housing agreements, occupancy fee payments, and other housing related fees.

Bio:

Lynns is a graduate of La Salle University with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in International Business and Management, and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from George Washington University, with professional experience in property management at both student and private levels. Outside of work, she loves traveling internationally, exploring new spots around Richmond, VA, and diving into books, documentaries, and podcasts. She is also an animal lover, volunteering with the Richmond SPCA and spending time with her rescue dog and two cats.
