Responsible For: As a Chapter Success Director, Lukas directly oversees hiring, training and managing of the Chapter Success Team. He coordinates and executes SigEp's strategic plan for SigEp chapters, as he manages all Chapter Success Specialists across the country.

Bio:

Lukas received his Master’s of Public Affairs while obtaining a BJ in strategic communication and a BA in political science from the University of Missouri. He served as the first Balanced Man Scholarship Chairman and the second VP of Recruitment in his chapter, which was re-establishing at the time. At Mizzou, he served as Vice President of the Association of Mizzou Public Affairs Students and a show host for the student TV station. Lukas plans on pursuing a career path in local government, with aspirations to become a city manager.
