Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Lukas starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Lukas received his Master’s of Public Affairs while obtaining a BJ in strategic communication and a BA in political science from the University of Missouri. He served as the first Balanced Man Scholarship Chairman and the second VP of Recruitment in his chapter, which was re-establishing at the time. At Mizzou, he served as Vice President of the Association of Mizzou Public Affairs Students and a show host for the student TV station. Lukas plans on pursuing a career path in local government, with aspirations to become a city manager.
