Responsible For: As an expansion manager, Judson starts a chapter from the ground up. He owns the entire recruitment process of finding leaders on campus through 365-recruitment, coaches chapter members so they can coordinate chapter-winning strategies on their own, creates a continuous development experience through the Balanced Man Program and forms the culture of this new chapter with SigEp’s best practices.

Bio:

Judson received his BBA in supply chain logistics with a minor in business analytics fro while serving in many roles in the chapter including, a Recruitment Chairman, Sigma & Epsilon Coordinator, and BMS Chairman. At Mississippi State, he was an orientation leader and camp counselor. Judson enjoys being in nature and experiencing new places around the country. He aspires to work as a consultant.
